New associates are quickly familiarized with client work and included in face-to-face meetings with clients and inventors.  Lateral associates are valued additions to our team and are quickly integrated into our client and inventor relationships.  We have invested in a private plane so that we can visit our clients regularly.  Our clients value the time we spend working in person with their inventors and other professionals to understand their technologies and business strategies.

We seek attorneys with advanced technical and scientific backgrounds.  Before law school, many of our attorneys worked as inventors, engineers, or scientists.  Before joining the firm, many served as in-house counsel or U.S. Patent Office examiners.  We look for a diverse range of skill-sets and ability to merge technical, legal, and business expertise to provide well-rounded counsel to our clients.
