Profile

Arthur's practice focuses on patent preparation, patent prosecution and opinion preparation. His technical expertise in electrical engineering, computer science and video processing enables him to support a variety of clients, particularly those in the software, graphics processing, and computer graphics industries. At Berkeley, Arthur worked on several research projects for the Berkeley Initiative in Soft Computing involving fuzzy logic and artificial intelligence. At DePaul, Arthur worked for NEPTUN Light, where he developed design improvements for compact fluorescent lighting products. He was also the web manager and a contributing author for the DePaul IP Digest. Arthur is fluent in both spoken and written Polish.
