Profile
Jim Sheridan is a named partner of the firm and practices patent, copyright and trademark law. His emphasis centers on patent preparation, prosecution, licensing and portfolio evaluation in the fields of electronics, semiconductor devices, packaging and processes, computer applications and computer software. Prior to joining the firm, Jim was a partner in the law firm of Flehr Hohbach Test Albritton & Herbert in Palo Alto, California. Jim was also a design engineer for Motorola, Inc., a U.S. Patent Office Examiner with Group 320, the Director of Patents and Licensing at National Semiconductor Corporation, and a partner in the law firm of Schuyler, Banner, Birch, McKie & Beckett in Washington, D.C.
