Bruce Patterson’s most important hour of the week isn’t spent in the office—it’s spent mentoring a child through Kids Hope, a national non-profit organization that pairs adults with at-risk kids in supportive, mentoring relationships. Kids Hope volunteers spend one hour per week reading, talking, playing and listening to a child at school.
Bruce also heads up Patterson + Sheridan’s participation in the BP MS 150, an annual 150-mile bike ride benefiting the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. For over a decade, Bruce has led of a team of Patterson + Sheridan riders, not only raising funds for a worthy cause, but also providing an exciting way for Patterson & Sheridan attorneys and staff members to socialize outside of the office.
When he’s not volunteering, leading charity bike rides, or organizing the firm’s annual chili cook-off, you’ll find Bruce playing his acoustic guitar at a local open-mike night.
