Patterson + Sheridan has more than 70 attorneys across 7 offices in Texas, California, North Carolina, and New Jersey. Our style is highly collaborative and success is judged largely by how much you help others succeed. Although individual achievements are recognized and highly praised, we never forget that it takes a true team effort to deliver the kind of work that our clients have come to expect. When hiring, we ask one question: will this person make our firm a better place?
As an attorney at Patterson + Sheridan, you will receive solid training and opportunities for professional growth. We believe that associates should have client contact to see first-hand how large innovative companies, as well as pioneering start-ups, develop products and technologies that are literally changing the world. You can expect to take invention disclosure interviews from inventors, draft specifications with minimal supervision, and generate claims requiring only moderate review. We offer a career progression, leadership training, and the opportunity to build client relationship skills. Each year in the professional life of a Patterson + Sheridan associate brings a wider and deeper development of expertise, designed to increase your value to our clients and our firm.
