Neil P. Morrissette, Of Counsel

Neil P. Morrissette joined the firm in 2004. His practice includes patent preparation and prosecution. Additionally, Neil has experience in patent litigation issues such as litigation support, pre-litigation investigation, due diligence practice, and non-infringement and invalidity investigation and opinion preparation. Neil's primary practice is in the chemical, mechanical, and electromechanical areas, including alternative energy products, polyurethanes, and semiconductor processing and related technologies. Prior to his legal career, Neil was a Senior Field Chemist with Laidlaw Environmental Services, Government Services Division.
