We are proud to promote both of them to partner.”

In 2010, Abelino “Abel” Reyna was elected McLennan County district attorney, defeating an incumbent who had held the office for 20 years. Before his election as district attorney, Abel Reyna was in private practice, first with his father and then as managing partner of the Reyna firm, handling criminal defense and general litigation. Abel earned his B.B.A. from Baylor and his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law.

Sepp Zangeneh earned his B.A. from UCLA, his M.S. in computer science from the University of Illinois, and his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law. Clients in many different technical fields seek Sepp’s counsel in developing and managing defensive and offensive IP portfolios. Sepp is also often called upon to provide invalidity, non-infringement, and freedom-to-operate opinions.

Further, he is regularly engaged by clients to lead invention harvesting sessions and assess where R&D resources ought to be spent to strategically develop IP and effectively block competition. Sepp has also built an expertise around advising clients on how to navigate subject matter eligibility concerns when filing and prosecuting patent application involving software.
