Patterson + Sheridan Promotes Paul Klecha to Partner
Patterson + Sheridan LLP has elevated Paul Klecha to the firm’s partnership, effective immediately.
“Paul has distinguished himself through his exceptional work in his medical technologies practice and commitment to protecting the valuable intellectual property of his clients,” said founding partner B. Todd Patterson. “He has made many meaningful contributions to Patterson + Sheridan, and we are proud to welcome him to the partnership as he continues to grow and lead at the firm.”
Klecha protects his clients’ innovations and prosecutes patent applications across a broad spectrum of medical device and health technologies, representing innovators from early-stage startups to multinational manufacturers. He also works closely with engineering and executive teams to develop IP strategies aligned with business objectives.
In addition to his medical devices practice, Klecha advises clients on a range of life sciences technologies. He has also represented multinational energy companies and global technology companies. Beyond patent preparation and prosecution, Klecha provides IP due diligence support for commercial product development, including sustainability analyses, IP risk assessments, freedom-to-operate analyses, and non-infringement and invalidity analyses.
Klecha earned his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School and his Master of Business and Science and Bachelor of Science in biotechnology from Rutgers University.
