The panel will discuss how in-house counsel can promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through their engagement of outside counsel, internal hiring efforts, and retaining and promoting the success of diverse in-house counsel talent. The program will also focus on how to start the dialogue, get buy-in and guidance from senior management, and measure success.

WLALA was founded in 1919 with a dedicated focus to promote the full participation in the legal profession of women lawyers and judges from diverse perspectives and racial and ethnic backgrounds. WLALA has assembled a distinguished panel of speakers including Sharmini Green, Margot Jackson, Stephanie A. Montano, Jeannine Taylor and Jennifer Ishiguro (moderator) to discuss how to drive equitable change as in-house counsel and measure your success in the process.
