Puja’s practice focuses on patent preparation and prosecution of both domestic and international patents, global brand protection, and IP due diligence. She has experience preparing and prosecuting in a wide range of evolving technologies – from telecommunications systems to consumer devices.

As a key player in the firm’s branding and trademark practice, Puja is able to parlay her knowledge of clients’ technology and business into a comprehensive IP strategy focused on developing and protecting their brands. She counsels clients on comprehensive brand protection strategies and works in partnership with an established network of foreign associates streamlining filing and global protection.

Puja’s ability to focus on the bigger picture without losing sight of the details ensures all aspects of clients’ intellectual property receives the needed protection across multiple jurisdictions.

Prior to her legal career, Puja was an engineer for GE Energy. She supported corporate strategy objectives across manufacturing, operations, and supply chain management. Today, she leverages her diverse industry experience to lead the way for clients seeking to align their IP efforts with a strategic plan.

When she isn’t devoting her time to helping clients navigate the patent application process or the intricacies of an M&A deal, Puja enjoys the performing arts, spending time with her husband and children, and pursuing her passion for healthy living.
