Patterson + Sheridan Adds Associate, Two Patent Agents
Patterson + Sheridan LLP is pleased to welcome first-year associate Griff Lancaster and patent agents Sam Oh and Adriana Reyes to the firm’s Houston office.
“We are excited to welcome Griff, Sam and Adriana to the firm,” said founding partner B. Todd Patterson. “They are former summer associates, interns or industry professionals who bring dedication and unique experiences that will be invaluable to both our clients and the firm. They are all wonderful additions to our team.”
Lancaster is a former five-time Patterson + Sheridan summer associate and technical advisor intern. He focuses his practice on preparing and prosecuting electronics and semiconductor technology patent applications. Lancaster is also a registered patent agent. He earned his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Purdue University. While in law school, he was a member of the Student Bar Association and the Intellectual Property Law Society.
Reyes is a registered patent agent who assists with patent preparation and prosecution for electronics, semiconductor technologies, and oil and gas services applications. She interned with the firm in 2023 and 2024. Reyes graduated summa cum laude from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering. While pursuing her undergraduate degree, she was the president of the Baylor Chapter of Pi Tau Sigma and worked as an undergraduate research assistant.
Oh is a registered patent agent who joins the firm with a robust mechanical engineering background and assists with patent preparation and prosecution for matters related to electronics and semiconductor technologies. He previously worked as an electronics engineer for a prominent aerospace and defense company, where he led radar integration and testing for fighter jets. Oh graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering and earned his Master of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Texas at Dallas.
